This machining machine (100) is capable of removal machining and addition machining of a workpiece. The machining machine (100) is provided with a first spindle stock (111) and a second spindle stock (116) provided to a first machining area (200) and for holding a workpiece, a lower cutter stock (131) and a tool spindle (121) provided to the first machining area (200) and for holding a tool for removal machining of a workpiece, an addition machining head (61) provided to a second machining area (210), and a robot arm (31) for holding the workpiece and conveying the workpiece between the first machining area (200) and the second machining area (210). The addition machining head (61) discharges a material to the workpiece held by the robot arm (31) during addition machining of the workpiece. A machining machine capable of removal machining and addition machining of a workpiece is provided by such a configuration using a simple configuration.

La présente invention concerne une machine d'usinage (100) qui permet un usinage par enlèvement et un usinage additionnel d'une pièce à usiner. La machine d'usinage (100) comporte un premier porte-broche (111) et un second porte-broche (116) disposés dans une première zone d'usinage (200) et destinés à maintenir une pièce à usiner, un porte-dispositif de coupe inférieur (131) et une broche porte-outil (121) disposée dans la première zone d'usinage (200) et destinée à supporter un outil pour permettre un usinage par enlèvement d'une pièce à usiner, une tête d'usinage additionnel (61) disposée dans une seconde zone d'usinage (210), et un bras de robot (31) destiné à maintenir la pièce à usiner et à transporter la pièce à usiner entre la première zone d'usinage (200) et la seconde zone d'usinage (210). La tête d'usinage additionnel (61) décharge un matériau sur la pièce à usiner maintenue par le bras de robot (31) pendant un usinage additionnel de la pièce à usiner. Une machine d'usinage qui permet un usinage par enlèvement et un usinage additionnel d'une pièce à usiner, est fournie par une telle configuration utilisant une configuration simple.
