Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a cylindrical lithium ion battery, comprising a cap component. The cap component comprises a sealing ring, and a baffle plate, a break valve and a top cap which are sequentially located in the sealing ring, the baffle plate, the break valve and the top cap being connected to one another by means of laser welding, wherein the break valve is provided with a first bulge part that has a flat-topped cone structure and is arranged towards the baffle plate, and a groove is provided on a side wall of the first bulge part; a connecting piece configured to be connected to a plate lug of the battery protrudes outwards from the baffle plate; and a bottom plate and the connecting piece are molded into a whole. Due to the improvement for a structure of a cap component, the safety performance and reliability of the battery are improved.
(FR) L'invention concerne une batterie au lithium-ion cylindrique, comprenant un composant de bouchon. Le composant de bouchon comprend une bague d'étanchéité, et une chicane, une valve et un bouchon supérieur qui sont disposés séquentiellement dans la bague d'étanchéité, la chicane, la valve et le bouchon supérieur étant reliés les uns aux autres au moyen d'un soudage au laser, laquelle valve est pourvue d'une première partie de bombement qui a une structure de cône à sommet plat et est disposée en direction de la chicane, et une rainure est ménagée sur une paroi latérale de la première partie de bombement ; une pièce de raccord conçue pour être reliée à une cosse de plaque de la batterie fait saillie vers l'extérieur à partir de la chicane ; et une plaque inférieure et la pièce de raccord sont moulées d'un seul tenant. Grâce à l'amélioration d'une structure d'un composant de bouchon, les performances de sécurité et la fiabilité de la batterie sont améliorées.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种圆柱形锂离子电池，包括盖帽组件，所述盖帽组件包括一密封圈以及依次位于所述密封圈中的隔板、破裂阀以及顶盖，所述隔板、破裂阀、以及顶盖之间通过激光焊接连接，其中，所述破裂阀具有朝向所述隔板的平顶圆锥结构的第一凸起部，该第一凸起部的侧壁上开设有一凹槽；所述隔板向外凸伸有用于与电池极耳相连接的连接片，所述底板与连接片为一体成型。本发明通过对盖帽组件结构的改进，提高了电池的安全性能及可靠性。
