(EN)The disclosed technology provides a computational prediction modeling comprising a novel algorithm for prediction of glycosylation or to optimize biopharmaceutical production of proteins of therapeutic relevance. The model of the disclosed technology can be used to predict glycosylation changes based solely on the stating glycoprofiles in any host cells and known or suggested rules on enzyme specificity. Applications of the invention model are also provided.
(FR)L'invention concerne une technologie pour la modélisation de prédiction informatique comprenant un nouvel algorithme pour la prédiction de la glycosylation ou pour l'optimisation de la production biopharmaceutique de protéines ayant une pertinence thérapeutique. Le modèle de la technologie selon l'invention peut être utilisé pour prédire des changements de glycosylation en se basant uniquement sur la définition de glycoprofils dans l'une quelconque des cellules hôtes et des règles connues ou suggérées sur la spécificité d'enzymes. L'invention concerne également des applications du modèle d'invention.
