(EN)The present invention relates to a microfluidic chip for screening anticancer drug resistant cells and a method for inducing or screening anticancer drug resistance using the same. The microfluidic chip of the present invention can induce a continuous concentration gradient between cell culture chambers and can implement the prompt induction and read-out within a week, unlike in existing read-out techniques, and thus, is expected to be able to take a target treatment through more fundament approach, in the treatment of cancer.
(FR)La présente invention se rapporte à une puce microfluidique pour le criblage de cellules résistantes aux médicaments anticancéreux et à un procédé pour l’induction ou le criblage de la résistance aux médicaments anticancéreux utilisant cette dernière. La puce microfluidique selon la présente invention permet de former un gradient de concentration continu entre des chambres de culture cellulaire et permet de mettre en œuvre une induction et une lecture rapides en moins d’une semaine, à la différence de techniques de lecture existantes, et donc, on s’attend à ce qu’elle permette de prendre un traitement cible grâce à une approche plus fondamentale, dans le traitement d’un cancer.
(KO)본 발명은 항암제 내성세포 스크리닝용 미세유체 칩 및 이를 이용한 항암제 내성 유도 또는 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 미세유체 칩은 세포 배양 챔버간 연속적인 농도구배 유도 및 기존 판독 기술과 달리, 일주일 내 빠르게 유도 및 판독할 수 있는바, 암의 치료에 있어서, 보다 근본적으로 접근하여 타겟 치료를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
