The present invention relates to a display apparatus and, more particularly, to a display apparatus using a semiconductor light-emitting device. A display apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a wiring board in which an electrode is disposed; an adhesive layer disposed on the wiring board; a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting devices combined with the adhesive layer and electrically connected to the electrode; and reflective particles, charged in a space formed among the plurality of light-emitting devices, for reflecting light emitted from the semiconductor light-emitting devices.

La présente invention concerne un appareil d'affichage et, plus particulièrement, un appareil d'affichage utilisant un dispositif électroluminescent à semi-conducteur. Un appareil d'affichage selon la présente invention comprend : un tableau de connexions dans lequel est disposée une électrode; une couche adhésive disposée sur le tableau de connexions; une pluralité de dispositifs électroluminescents à semi-conducteur combinés à la couche adhésive et connectés électriquement à l'électrode; et des particules réfléchissantes, chargées dans un espace formé parmi la pluralité de dispositifs électroluminescents, permettant de réfléchir la lumière émise par les dispositifs électroluminescents à semi-conducteur.

본 발명은 디스플레이 장치에 관한 것으로 특히, 반도체 발광 소자를 이용한 디스플레이 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 디스플레이 장치는, 전극이 배치되는 배선기판과, 상기 배선기판에 배치되는 접착층과, 상기 접착층에 결합되며, 상기 전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 복수의 반도체 발광 소자들, 및 상기 복수의 반도체 발광소자들의 사이에 형성되는 공간에 충전되어, 상기 반도체 발광소자들에서 발광되는 빛을 반사하는 반사입자들을 포함한다.
