(EN)The present invention relates to: a high dispersion synthesis reaction method; a method for preparing a highly dispersed supported catalyst by using the same; and a high dispersion synthesis reaction apparatus and, more specifically, to: a high dispersion synthesis reaction method; a method for preparing a highly dispersed supported catalyst by supporting a material to be supported in a support with a large specific surface area by applying the same; and a high dispersion synthesis reaction apparatus, the high dispersion synthesis reaction method comprising: a batch reaction step of putting a plurality of liquid reactant into a batch reaction system, and carrying out a reaction for obtaining a product; a continuous dispersion reaction step of allowing stirring and dispersion reactions to be continuously carried out while circulating a reactant, which has proceeded through the batch reaction step, in a continuous dispersion reaction system having a stirring dispersion reactor and an ultrasonic dispersion reactor to be continuously provided by a connection line while forming a closed circuit with the batch reaction system; and a step of stopping the circulation into the continuous dispersion reaction system and discharging the product of the continuous dispersion reaction system to the outside.
(FR)La présente invention concerne : un procédé de réaction de synthèse à haute dispersion; un procédé de préparation d'un catalyseur sur support hautement dispersé utilisant celui-ci; et un appareil de réaction de synthèse à haute dispersion et, plus spécifiquement : un procédé de réaction de synthèse à haute dispersion; un procédé de préparation d'un catalyseur sur support hautement dispersé par support d'un matériau pour être soutenu dans un support ayant une surface spécifique élevée par application de celui-ci; et un appareil de réaction de synthèse à haute dispersion, le procédé de réaction de synthèse à haute dispersion comprenant : une étape de réaction discontinue de placement d'une pluralité de réactifs liquide dans un système de réaction discontinu, et la conduite d'une réaction pour obtenir un produit; une étape de réaction de dispersion continue permettant que l'agitation et la dispersion de réactions soit effectuée en continu tout en faisant circuler un réactif, qui a subi l'étape de réaction discontinue, dans un système de réaction de dispersion continue comprenant un réacteur de dispersion par agitation et un réacteur de dispersion ultrasonore de manière à être fourni par une ligne de raccordement tout en formant un circuit fermé avec le système de réaction discontinu; et une étape d'arrêt de la circulation dans le système de réaction de dispersion continue et de décharge du produit du système de réaction de dispersion continue à l'extérieur.
(KO)본 발명은, 고분산 합성반응 방법, 이를 이용한 고분산 담지 촉매의 제조방법 및 고분산 합성반응 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은, 배치형 반응 시스템에 복수 개의 액상 반응물을 넣고, 생성물을 얻기 위한 반응공정을 진행하는 배치 반응공정 단계; 상기 배치형 반응 시스템과 폐회로를 형성하면서 교반형 분산반응기와 초음파 분산반응기가 연결 라인에 의하여 연속적으로 설치되는 연속형 분산반응 시스템에, 상기 배치 반응공정 단계가 진행된 반응물을 순환시키면서 연속적으로 교반공정 및 분산반응공정이 이루어지도록 하는 연속적 분산반응공정 단계; 및 상기 연속형 분산반응 시스템으로의 순환을 정지하고, 상기 배치형 반응 시스템 내의 생성물을 외부로 배출시키는 단계;를 포함하는, 고분산 합성반응 방법과, 이를 적용하여 비표면적이 넓은 담지체에 담지물질을 담지시켜 고분산 담지 촉매를 제조하는 방법 및 고분산 합성반응 장치를 개시한다.
