(EN)The present invention relates to a nonflammable film coating agent comprising expanded graphite, which is decomposed by heating expanding graphite, a preparation method, and a use thereof. More specifically, when heating expanding graphite at a temperature of 200-1,000°C, foam is produced by the expansion of various organic materials contained in the expanding graphite, thereby producing expanded graphite having a flame barrier layer generated therein while the volume increases by a factor of approximately 500, and a nonflammable coating agent can be prepared by adding the expanded graphite to a coating agent. According to the present invention, when preparing a coating agent by using expanding graphite, an effect of preventing the fear of the occurrence of casualties caused by a hazardous material such as sulfuric acid or carbon dioxide generated while causing expansion during heating is expected.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un agent de revêtement de film non inflammable comprenant du graphite expansé, qui est décomposé par chauffage de graphite expansible, un procédé de préparation, et une utilisation de celui-ci. Plus spécifiquement, lors du chauffage du graphite expansible à une température allant de 200 à 1 000 °C, de la mousse est produite par l'expansion de divers matériaux organiques contenus dans le graphite expansible, ce qui permet de produire du graphite expansé comportant une couche de barrière aux flammes générée en son sein tandis que le volume augmente d'un facteur approximativement de 500, et un agent de revêtement non inflammable peut être préparé en ajoutant le graphite expansé à un agent de revêtement. Selon la présente invention, lors de la préparation d'un agent de revêtement à l'aide de graphite expansible, un effet de prévention du risque de l'apparition des accidents causés par un matériau dangereux, tels que l'acide sulfurique ou le dioxyde de carbone généré lors de la production de l'expansion pendant le chauffage, est attendu.
(KO)본 발명은 팽창흑연을 가열하여 분해한 팽창된 흑연을 첨가한 불연성 도막 코팅제와 그 제조방법 및 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 팽창흑연을 200℃ 내지 1,000℃의 온도로 가열하면 팽창흑연에 포함된 각종 유기물의 팽창에 의하여 발포가 일어나 부피가 약 500배로 확대되면서 화염 차단층이 생성된 팽창된 흑연이 생산되는데, 이를 코팅제에 첨가하여 불연성이 부여된 코팅제를 제조할 수 있다. 이상과 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 팽창흑연을 사용하여 코팅제를 제조하는 경우 가열시 팽창되면서 발생하는 황산이나 이산화탄소 등 유해물질로 인하여 인명피해가 발생할 염려가 없도록 하는 작용효과가 기대된다.
