The present invention relates to a method of TEC and scintillation empirical forecasting, in particular short-term forecasting (seconds to minutes). The output of the method is necessary to feed mitigation algorithms aiming at improving accuracy on GNSS precise positioning techniques (RTK, NRTK, and PPP) under ionospheric harsh conditions.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de prévision empirique de TEC et de scintillation, en particulier de prévision à court terme (de quelques secondes à quelques minutes) La sortie du procédé est nécessaire pour alimenter des algorithmes de réduction visant à améliorer la précision de techniques précises de positionnement par GNSS (RTK, NRTK et PPP) dans des conditions ionosphériques difficiles.
