Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to in planta transformation methods for plants or plant materials with a genetic construct, wherein at least one meristematic cell of a meristematic tissue of an immature inflorescence able to differentiate into a gamete of a pollen or of an ovule is exposed and then transformed, wherein the transformation can be performed to yield a stable integration or to yield a transient introduction of a genetic construct of interest. Further provided are methods for manufacturing a transgenic plant, or methods for manufacturing a genetically manipulated plant based on the in planta transformation methods according to the present invention. In addition, there is provided a plant or a progeny thereof manufactured according to the transformation and/or manufacturing methods according to the present invention.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des procédés de transformation in planta pour des plantes ou des matériaux végétaux avec une construction génétique. Au moins une cellule méristématique d'un tissu méristématique d'une inflorescence immature capable de se différencier en un gamète d'un pollen ou d'un ovule est exposée et ensuite transformée, la transformation pouvant être effectuée pour produire une intégration stable ou pour produire une introduction temporaire d'une construction génétique d'intérêt. Sont en outre prévus des procédés de fabrication d'une plante transgénique, ou des procédés de fabrication d'une plante génétiquement manipulée sur la base de procédés de transformation in planta selon la présente invention. De plus, l'invention concerne une plante ou sa progéniture fabriquée selon les procédés de transformation et/ou de fabrication selon la présente invention.
