A driving method of a liquid crystal panel comprises: providing a liquid crystal panel, the liquid crystal panel comprising pixel units in the form of M rows × N columns (5a, 5b), with each pixel unit (5a, 5b) at least comprising a blue sub-pixel (53); dividing the liquid crystal panel into a plurality of display units (4), with each display unit (4) comprising two pixel units (5a, 5b); and for a gray-scale value B of the blue sub-pixel (53) required by the display unit (4), dividing the gray-scale value B into a higher gray-scale value BH and a lower gray-scale value BL and providing the higher gray-scale value BH and the lower gray-scale value BL to the two pixel units (5a, 5b), respectively; wherein the higher gray-scale value BH and the lower gray-scale value BL are combined together so that the brightness curve of the blue sub-pixel (53) of the display unit (4) at a squint angle approaches a preset Gamma (γ) curve, wherein γ is equal to 1.8-2.4.
