(EN)The subject matter of the present patent allows soil or rock masses to be drilled by rotary percussion drilling using the HIDROBIT® (1) coupled to the casing shoe (2), at the same time as cement grout is injected with the reinforcement, by simultaneous introduction of the Schedule steel pipe or the like, which is previously screwed (and optionally welded) into the casing shoe, remaining in the bore hole after cement grout is injected. The HIDROBIT® (1) is recoverable and is therefore withdrawn from the bore hole after drilling, reinforcement and injection, which are simultaneously carried out when producing the self-lined and self-injectable pipe-roofing in a single operation. With the present method, once drilling is completed, reinforcement is also completed in that the Schedule pipe or the like is inserted and cement grout is injected, since these operations are simultaneously carried out during the drilling step, in other words pipe-roofing is completed and the entire work is finished in a single operation with the withdrawal of the recoverable HIDROBIT® (1) tool by reversing the rotary movement of the drill, uncoupling the HIDROBIT® from the casing shoe (2) screwed (and optionally welded) into the Schedule steel tube or the like that is used as a reinforcement for the self-lined and self-injectable pipe-roofing.
(FR)L'objet du présent brevet permet le forage par roto-percussion dans le massif du tunnel, dans le sol ou la roche, par entraînement en rotation et percussion de l'HIDROBIT® (1) accouplé au trépan (2), simultanément à l'injection de bouillie de ciment et au renforcement par introduction concomitante d'un tube d'acier "Schedule" ou analogue, qui est préalablement vissé (éventuellement soudé) sur le trépan, ces éléments restant dans le trou après l'injection de la bouillie de ciment. L'HIDROBIT® (1) peut être récupéré et est retiré du trou après le forage, le renforcement et l'injection, qui sont réalisés simultanément lors de l'exécution des enfilages tubulaires avec auto-revêtement et auto-injection en une seule opération. Grâce au présent procédé, lorsque le forage est terminé, le renforcement par insertion de tube "Schedule " ou analogue ainsi que l'injection de bouillie de ciment sont également achevés étant donné qu'ils sont exécutés simultanément pendant l'étape de forage. En d'autres termes, l'enfilage est terminé et tout le travail est finalisé en une seule opération, l'outil HIDROBIT® (1) récupérable étant retiré par inversion du mouvement de rotation du dispositif de forage, désaccouplant ainsi l'HIDROBIT® (1) du trépan (2) qui est vissé (éventuellement soudé) sur le tube d'acier "Schedule" ou analogue servant de renforcement pour l'enfilage tubulaire avec auto-revêtement et auto-injection.
(PT)O objeto da presente patente permite a perfuração rotopercussiva no maciço do túnel, em solo ou rocha, a partir da rotação e percussão do HIDROBIT® (1 ) acoplado à Sapata de Perfuração (2), executada simultaneamente a injeção de calda de cimento com a armaçáo através da introdução concomitante do tubo de aço Schedule ou similar, que é previamente rosqueado (podendo ser soldado) à Sapata de Perfuração que permanecem no furo após a injeção de calda de cimento. O HIDROBIT® (1) é recuperável, portanto é retirado do furo após a perfuração, armação e injeção que ocorrem simultaneamente, quando da execução das Enfilagens Tubulares Auto-Revestidas e Auto-Injetáveis em uma única operação. Com o presente processo, ao ser concluida a perfuração, estará concluída a armação através da inserção de tubo Schedule ou similar bem como a injeção de calda de cimento, pois são executadas simultaneamente durante a etapa da perfuração, ou seja, estará concluida a enfilagem, finalizando todo o trabalho em uma única operação com a retirada da ferramenta HIDROBIT® recuperável (1) através da reversão do movimento de rotação da perfuratriz, desacoplando o HIDROBIT® da sapata de perfuração (2) que está rosqueada (podendo ser soldada) ao tubo de aço Schedule ou similar que servirá de armação para a Enfilagem Tubular Auto-Revestida e Auto-lnjetável.
