An apparatus for user equipment (UE) (116). The UE comprises a transceiver (310) configured to receive an indication of a partial subframe configuration over an unlicensed spectrum in a licensed assisted access (LAA) cell. The UE further includes at least one processor (340) configured to determine a resource element (RE) mapping rule based on the indication of the partial subframe configuration; and identify an RE position of at least one reference signal to be received from the eNB based on the RE mapping rule.

La présente invention concerne un appareil destiné à un équipement utilisateur (UE) (116). L'UE consiste en un émetteur-récepteur (310) configuré afin de recevoir une indication d'une configuration de sous-trame partielle sur un spectre sans licence dans une cellule d'accès assisté sous licence (LAA). L'UE comprend en outre au moins un processeur (340) configuré afin de déterminer une règle de mappage d'un élément de ressource (RE) en fonction de l'indication de la configuration de sous-trame partielle ; et afin d'identifier une position de RE d'au moins un signal de référence devant être reçue en provenance de l'eNB en fonction de la règle de mappage du RE.
