Abstract

In accordance with the present invention, "A reciprocating piston concrete pump having a Force Multiplier Cum automatic overload protection & disengaging device separate & independent of its drive mechanism" which typically & essentially consists of an improved reciprocating piston concrete pump having an additional hydraulic cylinder (7) separate from its drive mechanism, mechanically installed between the reciprocating piston (1) and the mechanical linkages (10) wherein the said hydraulic cylinder (7) is provided with a static fluid (18) confined and enclosed between two differential areas ( 11 & 12 ) and the smaller area is mechanically connected to the mechanical linkage (10) for application of input force and the bigger area is mechanically connected to the reciprocating piston (1) for exerting force on concrete. The said hydraulic cylinder (7) performs various functions such as multiplication of force in accordance with the Pascal's principle; overload protection and manual disengagement of pumping action.

La présente invention concerne une pompe à béton à piston à va-et-vient ayant un multiplicateur de force avec dispositif de protection contre les surcharges et de désengagement automatique séparé et indépendant de son mécanisme d'entraînement, laquelle pompe est constituée, typiquement et essentiellement, par une pompe à béton à piston à va-et-vient améliorée ayant un cylindre hydraulique (7) séparé de son mécanisme d'entraînement, mécaniquement installé entre le piston à va-et-vient (1) et les liaisons mécaniques (10), ledit cylindre hydraulique (7) comportant un fluide statique (18) confiné et enfermé entre deux surfaces différentielles (11 & 12), et la surface la plus petite étant reliée mécaniquement à la liaison mécanique (10) pour l'application d'une force d'entrée et la surface la plus grande étant reliée mécaniquement au piston à va-et-vient (1) pour exercer une force sur du béton. Ledit cylindre hydraulique (7) exécute diverses fonctions, telle qu'une multiplication de force selon le principe de Pascal ; une protection contre les surcharges et un désengagement manuel d'une action de pompage.
