Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a continuously operating press for producing wood-based boards or plastic sheets, in particular fibreboard or particle board, comprising multiple press frames arranged one behind the other in the press longitudinal direction, through which heating plates (10, 16) supported in relation to the press frames run in the press longitudinal direction, wherein, to allow free longitudinal expansion or contraction of the heating plates (10, 16), the press frames are mounted between upper support struts and on lower supports (8) by means of sliding elements (17) separated from said lower supports by an expansion joint. According to the invention, in a press of this type, in order for the press frames to be able to follow the thermally induced change in length of heating plates (10, 16) guided therein, without the occurrence of malfunctions caused in this case by contamination, the sliding elements (17) are surrounded by a seal (21) which seals the expansion joint between the sliding elements (17) and the supports (8). (FR) L'invention concerne une presse à fonctionnement continu destiné la production de panneaux de bois ou de matière plastique, en particulier de panneaux de particules ou de fibres, comprenant une pluralité de bâtis de presse qui sont disposés les uns derrière les autres dans la direction longitudinale de la presse et qui sont traversés, dans la direction longitudinale de la presse, par des plaques chauffantes (10, 16) en appui sur les bâtis de presse. Les bâtis de presse sont logés entre des poutres de support supérieurs par le biais de corps coulissants (17) sur des supports inférieurs (8), séparés de ceux-ci par un joint de dilation, en vue de l'extension ou la rétraction longitudinale libre des plaques chauffantes (10, 16). Pour que, dans une telle presse, les bâtis de presse puissent suivre les variations de longueur, dues aux conditions thermiques, des plaques chauffantes (10, 16), guidées dans les bâtis de presse, sans problèmes liés ici aux souillures, les corps coulissants (17) sont entourés par un joint d'étanchéité (21) réalisant l’étanchéité du joint de dilatation entre un corps coulissant (17) et un support (8).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine kontinuierlich arbeitende Presse zur Herstellung von Holzwerkstoff- oder Kunststoffplatten, insbesondere Faser- oder Spanplatten, mit mehreren in Pressenlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordneten Pressengestellen, durch die hindurch gegenüber den Pressengestellen abgestützte Heizplatten (10, 16) in Pressenlängsrichtung verlaufen, wobei die Pressengestelle zur freien longitudinalen Ausdehnung oder Schrumpfung der Heizplatten (10, 16) zwischen oberen Stützholmen und über Gleitkörper (17) auf von diesen durch eine Bewegungsfuge getrennten unteren Trägern (8) gelagert sind. Damit in einer solchen Presse die Pressengestelle den thermisch bedingten Längenänderung von in ihnen geführten Heizplatten (10, 16) folgen können ohne dass hier schmutzbedingte Störungen auftreten, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Gleitkörper (17) von einer die Bewegungsfuge zwischen Gleitkörper (17) und Träger (8) abdichtenden Dichtung (21 ) umgeben sind.
