Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Steckverbinderkonstruktion für Leiterplatten mit hoher Langzeitstabilität bei sehr präzisen Messungen. Diese Aufgabe wurde mit einer Steckverbinderkonstruktion mit nachfolgenden Merkmalen gelöst: einer Isolationsplatte, auf der wenigstens auf einer Seite eine Metallschicht fest aufgebracht ist, wenigstens einem flachen Kontaktelement mit zwei Endabschnitten, wobei der erste Endabschnitt als Befestigungsabschnitt ausgebildet ist, der mittels einem elektrisch leitenden Verbindungsmaterial mit der Metallschicht verbunden ist. Der zweite Endabschnitt ist als starre Kontaktzunge ausgebildet, die über den Rand der Isolationsplatte übersteht. Als Gegenstück ist eine, mit einem Kabel verbundene Aufsteckeinheit zum Aufstecken auf die Kontaktzunge vorgesehen ist, wobei die Aufsteckeinheit wenigsten zwei elastische Federzungen aufweist, die an ihren Endabschnitte gebogen sind, so dass sie sich mit ihren konvexen Seiten gegenüberstehen und im zusammengesteckten Zustand die starre Kontaktzunge unter einer mechanischen Vorspannung beidseitig kontaktieren. Beide Federzungen weisen die gleiche Federkennlinie auf. Weiterhin ist eine mechanische Führung vorgesehen die ermöglicht, dass die gebogenen Federzungen zentriert auf die Kontaktzunge schiebbar sind.

The invention relates to a plug-in connector structure for printed circuit boards having high long term stability with very precise measurements. Said aim is achieved by means of a plug-in connector structure with the following characteristics: an insulation plate firmly arranged on the at least one side of a metal layer; at least one flat contact element with two end sections, the first end section being designed as a securing section, and being connected to the metallic layer by means of an electrically conductive connecting material. The second end section is designed as a rigid contact tongue which protrudes over the edge of the insulation plate. The counter-piece is a plug-in device connected to a cable provided for plugging into the contact tongue, said plug-in device being provided with at least two elastic spring tongues which are curved on the end sections thereof such that the convex sides are arranged directly opposite and are in contact with the rigid contact tongue on both sides, due the mechanical stress when the connector is in the plugged-in state The two spring tongues have the same load deflection curve. The connector is also provided with a mechanical guide system enabling the incurved spring tongues to slide in a centered manner on the contact tongue.

L'invention concerne une structure de connecteur pour cartes de circuit imprimé, présentant une stabilité élevée à long terme tout en assurant des mesures très précises. Ce but est atteint par une structure de connecteur présentant les caractéristiques suivantes: une plaque isolante dotée sur au moins une de ses faces d'une couche métallique solidement assemblée, au moins un élément de contact plat qui présente deux parties terminales, la première partie terminale étant conçue comme partie de fixation, et reliée électriquement à la couche métallique par un matériau de liaison électriquement conducteur. La seconde partie terminale est conçue sous forme d'une languette de contact rigide faisant saillie sur le bord de la plaque isolante. L'élément complémentaire est un ensemble embrochable raccordé à un câble, qui est conçu pour venir s'embrocher sur la languette de contact, l'ensemble embrochable étant pourvu d'au moins deux languettes ressort élastiques dont les extrémités sont incurvées de manière que leurs côtés convexes sont disposés en regard et établissent un contact électrique avec la languette de contact rigide sur ses deux faces, par précontrainte mécanique, lorsque le connecteur est à l'état accouplé. Les deux languettes ressort présentent la même courbe caractéristique charge-déflexion. Le connecteur est en outre pourvu d'un système de guidage mécanique permettant de glisser les languettes ressort incurvées de manière centrée sur la languette de contact.
