Abstract

An evacuation induction system for a tunnel, comprising LED evacuation induction lamps distributed along a tunnel, a visibility sensor for measuring the visibility in the tunnel, a control apparatus for adjusting the brightness of the LED evacuation induction lamps according to the visibility obtained by measurement and determining an allowable maximum vehicle speed in the tunnel under the conditions of the measured visibility, an LED display for displaying the allowable maximum vehicle speed, a first electronic eye and a second electronic eye which are used for monitoring the vehicle speed in the tunnel, and a communication apparatus for realizing data communications with various devices and realizing communications with a local traffic system network. The purposes of adjusting and monitoring the visibility in a tunnel and controlling the operating speed of a vehicle according to the visibility in the tunnel can be realized, thereby being beneficial to reducing the occurrence probability of traffic accidents in the tunnel.

L'invention porte sur un système d'évacuation à induction destiné à un tunnel, comprenant des lampes d'évacuation à LED à induction réparties le long du tunnel, un détecteur de visibilité qui sert à mesurer la visibilité dans le tunnel, un appareil de commande qui permet d'ajuster la luminosité des lampes d'évacuation à LED à induction en fonction de la visibilité obtenue par la mesure et de déterminer une vitesse de véhicule maximale admissible dans le tunnel dans les conditions de visibilité mesurées, un écran à LED conçu pour afficher la vitesse de véhicule maximale admissible, un premier et un second œil électronique utilisés pour surveiller la vitesse des véhicules dans le tunnel, et un appareil de communication destiné à mettre en œuvre des communications de données avec divers dispositifs ainsi que des communications avec un réseau de système de trafic local. Cette invention permet d'ajuster et de surveiller la visibilité dans un tunnel et de réguler la vitesse de déplacement d'un véhicule en fonction de la visibilité dans le tunnel, ce qui a pour avantage de réduire la probabilité de survenue d'accidents de la route dans ledit tunnel.
