(EN)A method for detecting, in a noninvasive in-vivo manner, a skin damage induced by ultraviolet light, and a detection device thereof. After irradiated by ultraviolet light, skin generates autofluorescence having a wavelength ranging from 490 nm to 640 nm under the excitement of laser having a wavelength ranging from 440 nm to 510 nm, wherein changes of the autofluorescence having a wavelength ranging from 490 nm to 640 nm are positively correlated to skin damages.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de détection in vivo, de manière non invasive, d'une lésion cutanée induite par la lumière ultraviolette, et un dispositif de détection associé. Après irradiation par la lumière ultraviolette, la peau génère une auto-fluorescence ayant une longueur d'onde allant de 490 nm à 640 nm sous l'excitation d'un laser ayant une longueur d'onde allant de 440 nm à 510 nm, des changements de l'auto-fluorescence ayant une longueur d'onde de 490 nm à 640 nm étant corrélés positivement à des lésions cutanées.
