An optical waveguide manufacturing method, optical waveguide and computer storage medium. The optical waveguide manufacturing method comprises the following steps: providing a glass substrate (1); forming, in areas on two sides of an optical waveguide core portion, molten salt diffusion areas (3) containing a cation on the glass substrate (1); forming, in an area of the optical waveguide core portion, an ion doping area (4) on the glass substrate (1) formed with the molten salt diffusion areas (3) containing the cation; and forming, at a surface of the ion doping area (4), a dedoped area (5) on the glass substrate (1) formed with the ion doping area (4).

La présente invention a trait à un procédé de fabrication d'un guide d'ondes optique, à un guide d'ondes optique, et à un support d'informations pour ordinateur. Le procédé de fabrication d'un guide d'ondes optique consiste : à utiliser un substrat de verre (1) ; à former, dans des zones sur les deux côtés d'une partie cœur de guide d'ondes optique, des zones de diffusion de sels fondus (3) contenant un cation sur le substrat de verre (1) ; à former, dans une zone de la partie cœur de guide d'ondes optique, une zone de dopage d'ions (4) sur le substrat de verre (1) qui inclut les zones de diffusion de sels fondus (3) contenant le cation ; et à former, à l'emplacement d'une surface de cette zone de dopage d'ions (4), une zone dédopée (5) sur le substrat de verre (1) qui inclut ladite zone de dopage d'ions (4).
