Abstract
(EN) Provided are a PPS engineering plastic used for NMT, and a preparation method for the PPS engineering plastic. The PPS engineering plastic is mainly prepared from the following raw materials, calculated according to parts by mass: 50-80 parts of a PPS resin, 10-45 parts of glass fibres, 3-15 parts of a toughening agent, 0.3-3 parts of an antioxidant, 0.3-2 parts of a heat stabiliser, 0.5-3 parts of a lubricant, 0-3 parts of a nucleating agent, and 0-5 parts of a colourant. The toughening agent is an unsaturated epoxy copolymer, an optional styrenic thermoplastic elastomer, and an optional anhydride-modified styrenic thermoplastic elastomer, wherein the unsaturated epoxy copolymer is more than 20% of the total mass of the toughening agent. The present invention improves the toughness, polarity, processing fluidity and wettability of the PPS resin, increases the impact resistance of the PPS engineering plastic and the adhesive force with a metal material, and satisfies NMT process requirements.
(FR) L'invention concerne une matière plastique d'ingénierie à base de polysulfure de phénylène (PPS) utilisée dans une nanotechnologie de moulage (NMT), et un procédé de préparation de matière plastique d'ingénierie PPS. La matière plastique d'ingéniérie PPS est préparée essentiellement à partir des matériaux bruts suivants calculés en parties en masse : 50 à 80 parties de résine de PPS, 10 à 45 parties de fibres de verre, 3 à 15 parties d'un agent de durcissement, 0,3 à 3 parties d'un antioxydant, 0,3 à 2 parties d'un stabilisateur thermique, 0,5 à 3 parties d'un lubrifiant, 0 à 3 parties d'un agent de nucléation et 0 à 5 parties d'un colorant. L'agent de durcissement est un copolymère époxy insaturé, éventuellement un élastomère thermoplastique styrénique, et éventuellement un élastomère thermoplastique styrénique modifié par un anhydride, le copolymère époxy insaturé étant de 20%supérieur à la masse totale de l'agent de durcissement. L'invention permet d'améliorer la ténacité, la polarité, la fluidité de traitement et la mouillabilité de la résine PPS, d'augmenter la résistance aux chocs de la matière plastique d'ingénierie PPS et la force adhésive avec un matériau métallique, et satisfait les exigences de traitement NMT.
(ZH) 本发明提供了一种用于NMT技术的PPS工程塑料及其制备方法。该PPS工程塑料按质量份计,主要由以下原料制备得到:PPS树脂50~80份、玻璃纤维10~45份、增韧剂3~15份、抗氧剂0.3~3份、热稳定剂0.3~2份、润滑剂0.5~3份、成核剂0~3份和着色剂0~5份;增韧剂为不饱和环氧共聚物、任选地苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体以及任选地酸酐改性苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体,其中,不饱和环氧共聚物为增韧剂总质量的20%以上。本发明能够改善PPS树脂的韧性、极性、加工流动性和润湿性,提高了PPS工程塑料抗冲击强度及其与金属材料之间的粘结力,满足NMT工艺。
