(EN)Provided is a method of semi-solid state fermentation for producing surfactin from a mutant strain of Bacillus subtilis subsp. Physical or chemical mutation is conducted on Bacillus subtilis subsp. isolated from Thailand seawater shrimp ponds and the mutant strain of Bacillus subtilis subsp. is screened based on sfp gene expression and then surfactin is produced from the mutant strain by semi-solid state fermentation.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de fermentation à l'état semi-solide pour la production de surfactine à partir d'une souche mutante de Bacillus subtilis subsp.. Une mutation physique ou chimique est conduite sur Bacillus subtilis subsp. isolé à partir de bassins de crevettes d'eau de mer de Thaïlande et la souche mutante de Bacillus subtilis subsp. est criblée sur la base de l'expression du gène sfp et ensuite de la surfactine est produite à partir de la souche mutante par fermentation à l'état semi-solide.
