Abstract
(EN) Δ9-THC acid is extracted from cannabis flowers using a first organic solvent, then separated using a second aqueous solvent. Δ9-THC acid is converted to Δ9-THC carboxylic salt before being extracted by a third organic solvent and converted back to Δ9-THC carboxylic acid. Using a solvent swap, Δ9-THC carboxylic acid is decarboxylated and extracted again with an organic solvent prior to purification to give Δ9-THC.
(FR) L'invention concerne un acide Δ9-THC carboxylique extrait de fleurs de cannabis à l'aide d'un premier solvant organique, puis séparé à l'aide d'un deuxième solvant aqueux. L'acide Δ9-THC est transformé en sel Δ9-THC carboxylique avant d'être extrait par un troisième solvant organique et transformé de nouveau en acide Δ9-THC carboxylique. À l'aide d'un échange de solvant, l'acide Δ9-THC carboxylique est décarboxylé et à nouveau extrait avec un solvant organique avant de procéder à une purification pour donner Δ9-THC.
