(EN)The present invention relates to a clamping device for thoracoscopic surgery, comprising: a main body; a pair of handle parts connected to one side of the main body and of which one rotates relative to the other one; a main body detachment part disposed at the other side of the main body, and rotating by being linked to the relative rotational motion of the other one of the pair of handle parts; and at least one pair of clamping parts detachably connected to the main body detachment part, and clamping tissue according to the rotational motion of the main body detachment part. In addition, the present invention relates to a thoracoscopic surgery method comprising the steps of: preparing the clamping device for thoracoscopic surgery, including the clamping part for clamping the tissue and the main body at which the clamping parts are attached to or detached from; cutting a first hole, a second hole and a third hole near the surgical site; compressing the lung and forming a surgical space; inserting a thoracoscope camera and the main body through the first hole and the third hole, respectively; inserting the clamping part into the second hole; coupling the clamping part to the main body, which is respectively inserted, in the surgical space; clamping the tissue by using the clamping device for thoracoscopic surgery, to which the clamping parts are coupled; and fixing the tissue by clamping, and performing the thoracoscopic surgery.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un dispositif de clampage pour chirurgie thoracoscopique, comprenant : un corps principal; deux parties poignée reliées à un bout du corps principal, et dont l'une peut tourner par rapport à l'autre; une partie de séparation du corps principal disposée à l'autre bout du corps principal, et raccordé de manière à pouvoir tourner avec le mouvement de rotation relatif de ladite partie poignée rotative; et au moins une paire d'éléments de clampage reliés de manière amovible à la partie de séparation du corps principal, et clampant le tissu sous l'effet du mouvement de rotation de la partie de séparation du corps principal. En outre, la présente invention concerne un procédé chirurgical thoracoscopique comprenant les étapes consistant à : préparer le dispositif de clampage pour chirurgie thoracoscopique incluant les éléments de clampage pour clamper le tissu et le corps principal sur lequel les éléments de clampage peuvent être fixés de manière amovible; former un premier trou, un deuxième trou et un troisième trou à proximité du site chirurgical; comprimer le poumon et former un espace chirurgical; insérer une caméra de thoracoscope et le corps principal à travers le premier trou et le troisième trou, respectivement; introduire la partie de clampage dans le deuxième trou; assembler la partie de clampage au corps principal, et introduire ce dernier dans l'espace chirurgical; clamper le tissu en utilisant le dispositif de clampage pour chirurgie thoracoscopique muni des éléments de clampage; puis fixer le tissu par clampage, et effectuer la procédure chirurgicale thoracoscopique.
