(EN)The invention relates to a method for the purification of a body fluid comprising antibodies corresponding to whole human or animal blood or to a product derived from human or animal blood, in which the body fluid is brought into contact with at least one substrate comprising a solid phase to which molecules of at least one oligosaccharide that can bind to one or more antibodies present in the body fluid are covalently grafted, such as to capture at least a portion of the antibodies present in the body fluid by means of bond(s) with at least some of the oligosaccharide molecules grafted to the solid phase. The method is characterised in that the solid phase carries free aldehyde (-CHO) functions.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de purification d'un liquide biologique comprenant des anticorps correspondant à du sang total humain ou anima! ou à un produit issu de sang humain ou animal, par mise en contact du liquide biologique avec au moins un support comprenant une phase solide sur laquelle sont greffées, par liaison covalente, des molécules d'au moins un ollgosaccharide capable de se lier à un ou plusieurs desdits anticorps présents dans ledit liquide biologique,, de manière à obtenir la capture d'au moins une partie desdits anticorps présents dans ledit liquide biologique par liaison(s) avec au moins certaines des molécules dO!igosacxharïde(s) greffées sur ladite phase solide,, caractérisé en ce que ladite phase solide est porteuse de fonctions aldéhyde -CHQ libres.
