Abstract

A First Primary Device (FPD) 612, and a method therein, for providing transmission and/or reception time coordination during concurrent operation with a Second Primary Device (SPD) 622. The FPD 612 and SPD 622 are collocated and arranged in communication with a First Secondary Device (FSD) 614 and a Second Secondary Device (SSD) 624, respectively. The FPD 612 and the FSD 614 are operating in a first piconet 610 using a first communication mode. The SPD 622 and the SSD 624 are operating in a second piconet 620. The method comprises receiving, from the SPD 622, information relating to a length of a data packet to be transmitted from or that is received by the SPD 622; and transmitting a FPD data packet to the FSD 614 in accordance with the received information, whereby transmission and/or reception time coordination during concurrent operation of the FPD 612 and the SPD 622 is provided.

L'invention concerne un premier dispositif primaire (FPD) (612), et un procédé apparenté, permettant d'assurer une coordination de temps de transmission et/ou de réception pendant une opération concomittante avec un second dispositif primaire (SPD) (622). Le FPD (612) et le SPD (622) sont réunis et agencés de manière à communiquer avec un premier dispositif secondaire (FSD) (614) et un second dispositif secondaire (SSD) (624), respectivement. Le FPD (612) et le FSD (614) fonctionnent dans un premier picoréseau (610) à l'aide d'un premier mode de communication. Le SPD (622) et le SSD (624) fonctionnement dans un second picoréseau (620). Le procédé consiste à recevoir du SPD (622) des informations relatives à une longueur d'un paquet de données à transmettre depuis ou qui est reçu par le SPD (622); et transmettre un paquet de données FPD au FSD (614) en fonction des informations reçues, la coordination du temps de transmission et/ou de réception au cours d'une opération concomittante du FPD (612) et du SPD (622) étant ainsi assurée.
