Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a counter-rotating multi-shaft extruder having multiple screws, which rotate in opposite directions from each other, so as to continuously process polymer materials and additives through distribution, dispersion, mixing and deaeration steps, thereby improving kneading performance and reducing screw wear over those of a conventional extruder, and the extruder comprises: a central screw rotating in one direction at the center of the inside of a cylinder; and multiple small screws engaging with the central screw so as to rotate in the direction opposite to the rotational direction of the central screw, thereby dispersing and mixing raw materials, by a rolling operation, in a gap between an oval curved part of a kneading block of the small screw and a semicircular convex part of a kneading block of the central screw.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une extrudeuse à arbres multiples contrarotatifs présentant de multiples vis qui tournent dans des directions opposées les unes aux autres de manière à traiter en continu des matériaux polymères et des additifs grâce à des étapes de distribution, de dispersion, de mélange et de désaération, améliorant par conséquent la performance de malaxage et réduisant l'usure de vis par rapport à celles d'une extrudeuse classique, l'extrudeuse comprenant: une vis centrale tournant dans une direction au niveau du centre de l'intérieur d'un cylindre; et de multiples petites vis entrant en prise avec la vis centrale de manière à tourner dans la direction opposée à la direction de rotation de la vis centrale, ce qui permet de disperser et de mélanger des matières premières par une opération de laminage dans un espace entre une partie incurvée ovale d'un bloc de malaxage de la petite vis et une partie convexe semi-circulaire d'un bloc de malaxage de la vis centrale.
(KO) 본 발명은 서로 반대방향으로 회전하는 다수의 스크류가 구비되어 고분자 물질과 첨가제의 분배, 분산, 혼합, 탈기 과정을 거쳐 연속적으로 처리되면서 기존 압출기에 비해 혼련 능력의 향상과 스크류 마모를 감소시킬 수 있는 이방향 다축 압출기에 관한 것으로, 실린더 내부 중앙에서 일방향으로 회전하는 중앙스크류와, 상기 중앙스크류와 맞물려 중앙스크류의 회전방향과 반대 방향으로 회전되는 다수의 소형스크류로 이루어져, 상기 소형스크류 혼련블록의 타원형의 만곡부와 상기 중앙스크류 혼련블록의 반원형의 볼록부 간극 사이에서 압연 작용에 의해 원료에 대한 분산 혼합이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
