Abstract

The present invention provides an in-wheel motor drive device which can promptly supply lubricating oil to a motor section and a reducer section when restarting a rotary pump after the rotary pump is stopped. An in-wheel motor drive device is provided with: a motor section (A); a reducer section (B) constituted by a parallel-axis gear reducer (39) comprising a plurality of gears (30-33); a bearing section (C) for a wheel; and a lubricating mechanism for supplying lubricating oil to the reducer section (B) by means of a rotary pump (56). The parallel-axis gear reducer (39) is provided with: an input shaft (34) coaxially connected to the motor rotating shaft (25) of the motor section (A) and provided with the input gear (30); and an intermediate shaft (35) provided below the input shaft (34) and provided with the intermediate gear (31) meshing with the input gear (30). The lubricating mechanism is configured in such a manner that the rotary pump (56) is disposed coaxially with the intermediate shaft (35) and is located at the position of the level of the lubricating oil contained in the lower part of the reducer section (B) when the motor section (A) is stopped.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'entraînement de moteur-roue, qui peut fournir promptement de l'huile de lubrification à une section moteur et une section réducteur lors du redémarrage d'une pompe rotative après l'arrêt de celle-ci. Un dispositif d'entraînement de moteur-roue comporte : une section moteur (A); une section réducteur (B) constituée par un réducteur à engrenage d'axe parallèle (39) comprenant une pluralité d'engrenages (30-33); une section palier (C) pour une roue; et un mécanisme de lubrification destiné à fournir de l'huile de lubrification à la section réducteur (B) au moyen d'une pompe rotative (56). Le réducteur à engrenage d'axe parallèle (39) comporte : un arbre d'entrée (34) relié coaxial à l'arbre de rotation de moteur (25) de la section moteur (A) et doté de l'engrenage d'entrée (30); et un arbre intermédiaire (35) prévu sous l'arbre d'entrée (34) et doté de l'engrenage intermédiaire (31) qui s'engrène avec l'engrenage d'entrée (30). Le mécanisme de lubrification est conçu de manière à ce que la pompe rotative (56) soit disposée coaxialement à l'arbre intermédiaire (35) et est situé au niveau de la position du niveau de l'huile de lubrification contenue dans la partie inférieure de la section réducteur (B) lorsque la section moteur (A) est arrêtée.
