Abstract

A heat exchanger (10) with a pressurised shell (11) and a tube bundle (18) with exchanging tubes between tubesheets (16, 17) has the tubes welded, at both ends, to the tubesheets via IBW (internal bore welding). At least one end of the exchanger shell has parts which are assemblable to allow inspection of and access to the tubes from the exterior during the IBW, when the tubes have already been welded to the tubesheet at the other end of the shell via IBW. In this way, the exchanger can also be reversible.

L'invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur (10) muni d'une calandre (11) sous pression et d'un faisceau tubulaire (18) comportant des tubes échangeurs entre des plaques tubulaires (16, 17), les tubes étant soudés, au niveau des deux extrémités, aux plaques tubulaires par l'intermédiaire d'un soudage d'alésage interne (IBW). Au moins une extrémité de la calandre de l'échangeur comporte des parties pouvant être assemblées afin de permettre l'inspection des tubes et l'accès aux tubes depuis l'extérieur pendant l'IBW, lorsque les tubes ont déjà été soudés à la plaque tubulaire au niveau de l'autre extrémité de la calandre par l'intermédiaire de l'IBW. Ainsi, l'échangeur peut également être réversible.
