Abstract
(EN) A two-step method for activating a cellulosic feedstock is described. The feedstock is subjected to a first high temperature activation step at a temperature greater than 190°C and a second activation step at a lower temperature under alkali conditions. Also described are methods and compositions for the enzymatic hydrolysis of activated cellulose using one or more cellulase enzymes, a surfactant and polyaspartic acid. Also described are products of the methods.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé en deux étapes permettant d'activer une charge d'alimentation cellulosique. La charge d'alimentation est soumise à une première étape d'activation à haute température à une température supérieure à 190 °C et à une seconde étape d'activation à une température inférieure dans des conditions alcalines. L'invention concerne également des procédés et des compositions pour l'hydrolyse enzymatique de la cellulose activée à l'aide d'une ou plusieurs enzymes cellulases, d'un agent tensioactif et d'acide polyaspartique. L'invention concerne également des produits des procédés.
