Abstract:
(EN)  The present invention addresses the problem of providing a highly reliable fluorescent light source device that does not exhibit reduced reflectance over a long period of time. This fluorescent light source device is provided with: a fluorescent plate that emits fluorescent light due to excitation light, with the surface of said plate serving as an excitation-light incident surface; a reflecting layer disposed on the reverse-surface side of the fluorescent plate; and a heat-radiating substrate. The fluorescent light source device is characterized in that a sealing layer covering the reverse and peripheral side surfaces of the reflecting layer is provided adhered to the peripheral edge of the reverse surface of the fluorescent plate with an adhesive layer interposed therebetween, and an anti-spreading layer formed from nickel plating is provided upon the heat-radiating substrate with a joining material layer interposed therebetween.
(FR) L’invention a pour objet de fournir un dispositif de source lumineuse fluorescente présentant une fiabilité élevée sans risques de baisse de réflectivité sur le long terme. Plus précisément, l’invention concerne un dispositif de source lumineuse fluorescente qui génère une lumière fluorescente à l’aide d’une lumière d’excitation, et qui est muni d’une plaque fluorescente dont la surface constitue une face d’incidence de lumière d’excitation, d’une couche de réflexion disposée côté face envers de la plaque fluorescente, et d’un substrat de dissipation de chaleur. Le dispositif de source lumineuse fluorescente de l’invention est caractéristique en ce que la face envers de ladite couche de réflexion et une couche d’encapsulation recouvrant sa face côté périphérique sont agencées de manière à être mises en adhésion sur le bord périphérique de la face envers de ladite plaque fluorescente avec une couche adhésive pour intermédiaire, et une couche interdisant la diffusion formée par nickelage, est agencée sur ledit substrat de dissipation de chaleur avec une couche d’élément de liaison pour intermédiaire.
(JA)  本発明は、長期間にわたって反射率の低下が生じることのない高い信頼性を有する蛍光光源装置を提供することを目的とする。 本発明の蛍光光源装置は、励起光により蛍光を発する、表面が励起光入射面とされた蛍光板と、当該蛍光板の裏面側に配置された反射層と、放熱基板とを具備した蛍光光源装置において、前記反射層の裏面、および、周側面を覆う封止層が、接着層を介して、前記蛍光板の裏面の周縁に密着して設けられており、前記放熱基板上に、接合部材層を介して、ニッケルめっきにより形成された拡散防止層が設けられていることを特徴とする。
