The present invention relates to an inorganic polymer hybrid colloidal compound and a preparation method therefor and, more specifically, to: an inorganic polymer hybrid colloidal compound exhibiting uniform particle size and shape and having a zeta potential of (+) 25 mV or more or (-) 25 mV or less through the hydrothermal synthesis of an inorganic salt in the presence of a bioactive molecule; a preparation method therefor; and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same. According to the present invention, the supramolecular hybrid colloidal compound has stable colloidal physical properties, and thus can be widely utilized in an active ingredient material transfer technique in various fields such as pharmacology, medicine, cosmetics, agricultural chemicals and food.

La présente invention concerne un composé colloïdal hybride polymère inorganique et un procédé de préparation associé, et plus spécifiquement : un composé colloïdal hybride polymère inorganique présentant une taille des particules uniforme et ayant un potentiel zêta de (+) 25 mV ou plus ou (-) 25 mV ou moins par le biais de la synthèse hydrothermique d'un sel inorganique en présence d'une molécule bioactive ; un procédé de préparation associé ; et une composition pharmaceutique le contenant. Selon la présente invention, le composé colloïdal hybride supramoléculaire présente des propriétés physiques colloïdale stables, et peut ainsi être largement utilisé dans une technique de transfert de substance de principe actif dans divers domaines tels que la pharmacologie, la médecine, les cosmétiques, les produits chimiques agricoles et alimentaires.

본 발명은 무기 고분자 하이브리드 콜로이드 화합물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 생리활성 분자의 존재 하에서 무기질 염류의 수열합성을 통해, 균일한 입도와 형상을 나타내며 제타 전위가 (+) 25 mV 이상 또는 (-) 25 mV 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고분자 하이브리드 콜로이드 화합물 및 그의 제조방법과 이를 포함한 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 초분자성 하이브리드 콜로이드 화합물은 안정한 콜로이드 물성을 가짐으로 인해, 약학, 의학, 화장품, 농약, 식품 등의 다양한 분야에서 유효 성분 물질의 전달 기술에 널리 활용될 수 있다.
