Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a resin multilayer film which requires low irradiation energy for laser separation that uses ultraviolet light. A resin multilayer film which comprises a polyimide resin film on at least one surface of a resin film, and wherein the polyimide resin film is a polyimide resin film A described below. Polyimide resin film A: A polyimide resin film which has a minimum value of light transmittance of less than 50% in a wavelength region of 300-400 nm if the film has a thickness of 100 nm.

La présente invention vise à fournir un film multicouche en résine qui nécessite peu d'énergie d'irradiation pour une séparation laser qui utilise une lumière ultraviolette.
