Provided are: an FRP molding material with which it is possible to dramatically shorten the molding time in comparison to the past while having excellent handling properties, long storage stability, and high moldability that makes it possible to form even complex shapes, a molded article of the FRP molding material being further endowed with exceptional heat resistance, mechanical strength, and recyclability; and a method for producing the same. The present invention is a fiber-reinforced plastic molding material characterized in that: a phenoxy resin that is solid at normal temperature and has a melt viscosity of 3,000 Pa⋅s or lower at any temperature within a range of 160-220°C is contained, as an essential component, in a matrix resin; an epoxy resin and a crosslinking agent are optionally blended therein; and the matrix resin is made into a fine powder having an average particle diameter (d50) of 10-150 μm, and bonded by powder coating so that the resin ratio of matrix resin in a reinforced fiber base material is 20-50%.

L'invention concerne : une matière à mouler FRP qui permet de raccourcir considérablement le temps de moulage par rapport au passé, ayant d'excellentes propriétés de manipulation, une longue stabilité au stockage, et une aptitude au moulage élevée qui permet de former des formes mêmes complexes, un article moulé à base de la matière à mouler FRP qui est en outre dotée d'une exceptionnelle résistance à la chaleur, résistance mécanique et aptitude au recyclage; et son procédé de production. La présente invention concerne une matière plastique à mouler renforcée par fibres caractérisée en ce que : elle contient une résine phénoxy qui est solide à température normale et a une viscosité à l'état fondu de 3000 Pa⋅s ou moins à une température quelconque dans une plage de 160 à 220 °C, à titre de composant essentiel, dans une résine de matrice; une résine époxy et un agent de réticulation étant éventuellement incorporés à celle-ci; et la résine de matrice est réduite en une poudre fine ayant un diamètre moyen de particule (d50) de 10 à 150 μm, et est liée par revêtement de poudre, de façon que la proportion de résine de la résine de matrice dans une matière de base renforcée par fibres soit de 20 à 50 %.

 良好なハンドリング性や長い貯蔵安定性、複雑形状の賦形も可能とする高い成形性を有しながら、成形時間が従来よりも大幅に短縮でき、さらに成形物が優れた耐熱性や機械強度とリサイクル性を備えたFRP成形用材料とその製造方法を提供する。 マトリックス樹脂中に160~220℃の温度域のいずれかにおいて溶融粘度が3,000Pa・s以下である常温固形のフェノキシ樹脂を必須成分として含み、所望によりエポキシ樹脂及び架橋剤を配合し、マトリックス樹脂を平均粒子径(d50)が10~150μmの微粉末とし、マトリックス樹脂を粉体塗装によって強化繊維基材に樹脂割合が20~50%となるように付着したことを特徴とする繊維強化プラスチック成形用材料である。
