Established are an analysis of markers of aggressive fibroblasts which are cells that cause periodontitis, screening of novel periodontitis therapeutics, a test method, and a test kit. As a result of analyzing aggressive fibroblasts, it has become apparent that expression from the P1 promoter of RUNX2 and expression of DLX5 are decreased to a greater extent than in normal gingival fibroblasts. An increase in expression of FLT1 was also seen. Using these expressions characteristic of aggressive fibroblasts as markers makes possible the identification of aggressive fibroblasts, a method for screening therapeutics, and a test method.

L'invention concerne une analyse de marqueurs de fibroblastes agressifs qui sont des cellules qui provoquent une parodontite, le criblage de nouveaux agents thérapeutiques pour la parodontite, un procédé d'essai et une trousse d'essai. En résultat de l'analyse des fibroblastes agressifs, il apparaît évident que l'expression à partir du promoteur P1 de RUNX2 et l'expression de DLX5 sont diminuées dans une plus grande mesure que dans des fibroblastes gingivaux normaux. On a également observé une augmentation de l'expression de FLT1. L'utilisation de ces expressions caractéristiques de fibroblastes agressifs en tant que marqueurs rend possible l'identification de fibroblastes agressifs, un procédé de criblage d'agents thérapeutiques et un procédé d'essai.

 歯周炎の原因細胞であるアグレッシブ線維芽細胞のマーカーの解析を行い、新規の歯周炎治療薬のスクリーニング、検査方法、検査キットを確立する。アグレッシブ線維芽細胞の解析を行った結果、RUNX2のP1プロモーターからの発現、DLX5の発現が正常歯肉線維芽細胞と比較して減少していることが明らかとなった。また、FLT1の発現の増加が見られた。これらアグレッシブ線維芽細胞に特徴的な発現をマーカーとして、アグレッシブ線維芽細胞の特定、治療薬のスクリーニング方法、検査方法とすることができる。
