An electricity storage element monitoring device (130) is for an electricity storage element provided on a moving body and connected electrically to a load of the moving body via a switch. The electricity storage element monitoring device (130) is equipped with a monitoring unit to which the electricity storage element supplies power. The monitoring unit executes the monitoring operation of: switching a switch from a closed state to an open state under the condition that the voltage from the electricity storage element has reached a discharge voltage threshold value or lower; and switching the switch from the open state to the closed state under the condition that, when the switch is in the open state, the electricity storage element satisfies a predetermined recovery-from-discharge condition. If the load is stopped when the switch is in the open state, the monitoring unit causes the execution interval of the monitoring operation to become longer than when the load is operating, thereby reducing the electric power consumed.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de surveillance d’élément de stockage d'électricité (130) pour un élément de stockage d'électricité disposé sur un corps mobile et électriquement connecté à une charge du corps mobile par l'intermédiaire d'un commutateur. Le dispositif de surveillance d’élément de stockage d'électricité (130) est équipé d'une unité de surveillance à laquelle l'élément de stockage d'électricité fournit de l'électricité. L'unité de surveillance exécute l'opération de surveillance de : commutation d’un commutateur d'un état fermé vers un état ouvert à condition que la tension de l'élément de stockage d'électricité ait atteint une valeur de seuil de tension de décharge ou inférieure ; et commutation du commutateur de l'état ouvert vers l'état fermé à condition que, lorsque le commutateur est dans l'état ouvert, l'élément de stockage d'électricité satisfasse à une condition de récupération de décharge prédéterminée. Si la charge est arrêtée lorsque le commutateur est dans l'état ouvert, l'unité de surveillance amène l'intervalle d'exécution de l'opération de surveillance à devenir plus long que lorsque la charge est opérationnelle, ce qui permet de réduire la puissance électrique consommée.
