A head for additive manufacturing is provided with: a nozzle part for discharging material powder; a rotating member (76) that is connected to the nozzle part, has a material powder passage (91) through which the material powder passes to the nozzle part formed therein, and rotates such that the nozzle part moves in a circumferential direction around laser light radiated toward a workpiece; and a fixed member (71) that has a material powder passage (92) through which the material powder is introduced formed therein and is linked to the rotating member (76) in the axial direction of rotation of the rotating member (76). Between the fixed member (71) and the rotating member (76), a material powder passage (93) is formed with which the material powder passage (91) and the material powder passage (92) communicate and that extends in a ring shape around the axis of rotation of the rotating member (76). With this constitution, it is possible to provide a head for additive manufacturing wherein a mechanism for supplying material powder to the nozzle part, which rotates without limitation, can be achieved with a simple constitution.
