Provided are: a cold work tool having excellent wear resistance; and a method for manufacturing the cold work tool. A cold work tool which has an ingredient composition that can be prepared into a martensite structure by quenching and which has a martensite structure, wherein the hardness of the cold work tool is 58 HRC or more, the area ratio of a carbide having an equivalent circle diameter of 5 μm or more in the cross-sectional structure of the cold work tool is 4.0 % by area or more, and the carbon solid solution fraction, which is expressed by the ratio of the mass ratio of the amount of carbon that is present in the form of a solid solution in the structure of the cold work tool to the mass ratio of the amount of carbon that is contained in the whole of the cold work tool, is 75.0% or more. A method for manufacturing a cold work tool, which is suitable for manufacturing the aforementioned cold work tool.

L'invention se rapporte : à un outil d'écrouissage qui présente une excellente résistance à l'usure ; ainsi qu'à un procédé de fabrication de l'outil d'écrouissage. L'outil d'écrouissage faisant l'objet de l'invention a une composition d'ingrédient qui peut être préparée dans une structure de martensite par trempe, et il possède une structure de martensite. La dureté de l'outil d'écrouissage est de 58 HRC ou plus, le rapport de surface d'un carbure ayant un diamètre de cercle équivalent de 5 µm ou plus dans la structure de section transversale de cet outil d'écrouissage est de 4,0 % en surface ou plus, et la fraction de solution solide de carbone, qui est exprimée par le rapport entre le rapport massique de la quantité de carbone présente sous la forme d'une solution solide dans la structure dudit outil d'écrouissage et le rapport massique de la quantité de carbone contenue dans l'outil d'écrouissage tout entier, est de 75,0 % ou plus. Le procédé de fabrication d'un outil d'écrouissage selon l'invention convient à la fabrication de l'outil d'écrouissage susmentionné.

耐摩耗性に優れた冷間工具およびその製造方法を提供する。 焼入れによってマルテンサイト組織に調整できる成分組成を有し、マルテンサイト組織を有する冷間工具において、 その冷間工具の硬度が58HRC以上であり、 その冷間工具の断面組織に占める、円相当径が5μm以上の炭化物の面積率が、4.0面積%以上であり、 その冷間工具の全体が含有する炭素量の質量比に占める、冷間工具の組織に固溶する炭素量の質量比の比率で表される炭素固溶率が、75.0%以上の冷間工具である。 また、上記の冷間工具を得るのに好ましい、冷間工具の製造方法である。
