The present invention is capable of recovering the yield rate when the yield rate gradually becomes lower during production of a conjugated diene polymer. The conjugated diene polymer is produced by using a transition metal catalyst, and an organoaluminum compound as a co-catalyst. The yield rate gradually becomes lower when successive production of the conjugated diene polymer is continued. In response, the supplied amount the co-catalyst is adjusted on the basis of the generation level of inactivate substances generated in the reaction system. Specifically, increasing the amount of the co-catalyst is started when the generation level becomes equal to or lower than a predetermined value. Furthermore, increasing the amount of the co-catalyst is stopped when determined that sufficient recovery has occurred. More specifically, supply of the predetermined amount that had been supplied before the amount was increased is started.

La présente invention permet de récupérer le taux de rendement quand ledit taux de rendement baisse progressivement pendant la production d'un polymère de diène conjugué. Le polymère de diène conjugué est produit à l'aide d'un catalyseur de métal de transition, et d'un composé d'organoaluminium à titre de co-catalyseur. Le taux de rendement baisse progressivement lorsque des cycles de production successifs du polymère de diène conjugué se poursuivent. En réponse, la quantité de co-catalyseur introduite est ajustée en fonction du niveau de génération de substances inactivées générées dans le système réactionnel. Plus spécifiquement, l'accroissement de la quantité de co-catalyseur démarre quand le niveau de génération atteint ou passe au-dessous d'une valeur prédéfinie. De plus, l'accroissement de la quantité de co-catalyseur est arrêté quand il est déterminé qu'une récupération suffisante s'est produite. Plus spécifiquement, l'introduction de la quantité prédéfinie qui avait été introduite avant accroissement de la quantité démarre.

共役ジエン重合体の製造において、徐々に収率が低下してきた場合に、収率を回復させることができる。遷移金属触媒と、助触媒としての有機アルミニウム化合物とを用いて、共役ジエン重合体を製造する。連続的に共役ジエン重合体の製造を継続しているうちに、徐々に収率が低下してくる。これに対し、反応系内で生成される失活物質の生成度合に基づいて、助触媒の供給量を調整する。具体的には、生成度合が所定値以下になった場合には助触媒増量を開始する。さらに充分回復したと判断される場合には助触媒増量を停止する。すなわち、増量前の所定量を供給する。
