The present invention relates to a traffic information estimation device and a traffic information estimation method which estimate the cycle at which a traffic signal display changes. The present invention is provided with: an acquisition unit (203) which acquires arrangement information indicating an arrangement, according to the passage of time, of vehicles on a road on which a traffic signal is installed; a determination unit (205) which determines a change in density of the vehicles, using the arrangement information; and a calculation unit (206) which calculates a display change cycle indicating the cycle at which the traffic signal display changes. Due to this configuration, the processing related to the estimation of a traffic signal change cycle can be simplified.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'estimation d'informations de trafic et un procédé d'estimation d'informations de trafic qui estiment le cycle selon lequel l'affichage d'un feu de signalisation change. Cette invention comprend : une unité d'acquisition (203) qui acquiert des informations d'agencement indiquant l'agencement, selon le passage du temps, de véhicules sur une route sur laquelle un feu de signalisation est installé ; une unité de détermination (205) qui détermine un changement de la densité des véhicules au moyen des informations d'agencement ; et une unité de calcul (206) qui calcule un cycle de changement d'affichage indiquant le cycle selon lequel l'affichage du feu de signalisation change. Grâce à cette configuration, le traitement relatif à l'estimation d'un cycle de changement de feu de signalisation peut être simplifié.

 信号機の表示が切り替わる周期を推定する交通情報推定装置及び交通情報推定方法に関するものであり、信号機が設置された道路上に存在する車両の時間経過に応じた配置を示す配置情報を取得する取得部(203)と、前記配置情報を用いて、前記車両の密集度の変化を判定する判定部(205)と、前記変化の時間間隔に基づいて、前記信号機の表示が切り替わる周期を示す表示変化サイクルを算出する算出部(206)とを備えたものである。このようにすることにより、信号機の変化サイクルの推定に係る処理を簡易化することができる。
