Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage für ein additives Herstellungsverfahren, wie z.B. dem selektiven Laserschmelzen. Diese weist eine Heizeinrichtung (23) auf, um ein Pulverbett (13), in dem das Bauteil hergestellt werden soll, zu temperieren. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass eine Seitenbegrenzung (24), bevorzugt auch eine Bodenstruktur (25), die das Volumen des Pulverbettes (13) definieren, durch eine Isolationsstruktur (26, 26a) umgeben werden, damit das Pulverbett sowie das in Herstellung befindliche Bauteil auch auf einem höheren Temperaturniveau temperiert werden können. Gleichzeitig kann die Abkühlgeschwindigkeit des Bauteils vorteilhaft soweit begrenzt werden, dass eine Ausbildung von Eigenspannungen verringert wird und sich Gefügezustände einstellen, für die eine bestimmte Abkühlgeschwindigkeit gefordert ist. Auf diesem Wege lassen sich beispielsweise Turbinenschaufeln aus einer Nickelbasis-Superlegierung herstellen, in denen sich bei der Abkühlung γ'-Ausscheidungen im Gefüge ausbilden.

The invention relates to a system for an additive production method, such as selective laser melting. The system comprises a heating device (23) in order to temper a powder bed (13), in which the component is to be produced. According to the invention, a side limit (24) and preferably a bottom structure (25), which define the volume of the powder bed (13), are surrounded by an insulating structure (26, 26a), so that the powder bed and also the component being produced can be tempered at a higher temperature level. Simultaneously, the cooling rate of the component can be advantageously restricted in such a way that a formation of internal stresses is reduced and structural conditions are set for which a determined cooling rate is required. In this way, for example, turbine blades can be produced from a nickel-based superalloy, in which γ'-precipitations form in the structure during cooling.

L'invention concerne une installation pour un procédé de fabrication additive, tel que la fusion sélective par laser. Ladite installation comporte un système de chauffage (23) pour réguler la température d'un lit de poudre (13), dans lequel le composant doit être fabriqué. Selon l'invention, une limite latérale (24), de manière préférée également une structure de fond (25), lesquelles définissent le volume du lit de poudre (13) sont entourées par une structure isolante (26, 26a) afin que la température du lit de poudre et la température du composant en phase de fabrication puissent être régulées également à un niveau de température plus élevé. Dans le même temps, la vitesse de refroidissement du composant peut être limitée avantageusement dans la mesure où l'apparition de tensions propres est réduite et des états structurels, pour lesquels une vitesse de refroidissement définie est requise, sont atteints. Il est possible dans ce cadre de fabriquer par exemple des aubes de turbine à partir d'un super alliage à base de nickel, dans lesquelles des dépôts γ' dans la structure se forment lors du refroidissement.
