The purpose of the present invention is to provide a high-safety fluorescent light source device with which excitation light can be kept from being directly emitted to the outside. The fluorescent light source device of the present invention is equipped with an excitation light source for emitting laser light, a fluorescent body that emits fluorescence upon being excited by laser light from the excitation light source, and a light emission window via which the fluorescence emitted by the fluorescent body is emitted to the outside; wherein the light emission window is configured from a fluorescence-transmitting light emission window member comprising a material that does not transmit excitation light, and the light emission window is provided with a damage detection sensor for detecting damage to the light emission window member.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de source de lumière fluorescente hautement sûr, permettant d'éviter que la lumière d'excitation ne soit directement émise vers l'extérieur. Le dispositif de source de lumière fluorescente de la présente invention est équipé d'une source de lumière d'excitation, destinée à émettre une lumière laser, d'un corps fluorescent qui émet de la fluorescence lorsqu'il est excité par la lumière laser provenant de la source de lumière d'excitation, ainsi que d'une fenêtre d'émission de lumière à travers laquelle la fluorescence émise par le corps fluorescent est émise vers l'extérieur ; la fenêtre d'émission de lumière étant conçue à partir d'un élément de fenêtre d'émission de lumière transmettant la fluorescence, comprenant un matériau qui ne transmet pas la lumière d'excitation et la fenêtre d'émission de lumière étant dotée d'un capteur de détection de dégâts destiné à détecter les dégâts provoqués sur l'élément de fenêtre d'émission de lumière.

 本発明は、励起光がそのまま外部に放射されることを回避することができ、高い安全性が得られる蛍光光源装置を提供することを目的とする。 本発明においては、レーザ光を放射する励起光源と、励起光源からのレーザ光によって励起されて蛍光を発する蛍光体と、蛍光体から放射される蛍光を外部に放射する光放射窓とを具備した蛍光光源装置において、光放射窓が、励起光不透過性材料からなる蛍光を透過する光放射窓部材により構成され、光放射窓部材の破損を検知する破損検知センサを備えた構成とされる。
