Provided is a control device for a hybrid construction machine with which filter regeneration can be continued with as little loss of operability as possible, irrespective of the state of a body or an electrical storage device. This control device for a hybrid construction machine is provided with an engine, an electric power generator capable of being driven by the engine to generate power, a hydraulic pump driven by the combined torque of the engine and the electric power generator, an electrical storage device, an inverter, a filter for trapping particulate substances in the exhaust gas of the engine, and a control unit for outputting command signals for controlling the power-run operation or regenerative operation of the electric power generator, wherein: the control device has a power-run operation limiting unit for inputting a normal torque command of the electric power generator as calculated by a torque command value calculator and a request signal for filter regeneration assessed by a filter regeneration assessment unit, and calculating a command signal in accordance with these signals; and the power-run operation limiting unit calculates a command signal for limiting the power-run operation of the electric power generator when there is a request signal for filter regeneration.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande destiné à un engin de chantier hybride au moyen duquel peut être poursuivie une régénération de filtre avec la plus faible perte d'efficacité fonctionnelle possible, indépendamment de l'état d'un corps ou d'un dispositif d'accumulation électrique. Ce dispositif de commande pour un engin de chantier hybride est équipé d'un moteur, d'un générateur d'énergie électrique pouvant être entraîné par le moteur pour générer de l'énergie, d'une pompe hydraulique entraînée par le couple combiné du moteur et du générateur d'énergie électrique, d'un dispositif d'accumulation électrique, d'un onduleur, d'un filtre permettant de piéger des substances particulaires contenues dans les gaz d'échappement du moteur, et d'une unité de commande permettant d'émettre des signaux d'instruction en vue de commander le fonctionnement de marche de puissance ou le fonctionnement de régénération du générateur d'énergie électrique. Le dispositif de commande comporte une unité de limitation de fonctionnement de marche de puissance permettant d'entrer une instruction de couple normal du générateur de courant électrique telle que calculée par un calculateur de valeur d'instruction de couple et un signal de demande pour une régénération de filtre évaluée par une unité d'évaluation de régénération de filtre, et de calculer un signal d'instruction en fonction de ces signaux ; et l'unité de limitation de fonctionnement de marche de puissance calcule un signal d'instruction qui sert à limiter le fonctionnement de marche de puissance du générateur d'énergie électrique lorsqu'il y a un signal de demande de régénération de filtre.

 車体や蓄電装置の状態に関わらず、できる限り操作性を損ねることなくフィルタ再生を継続することのできるハイブリッド建設機械の制御装置を提供する。 エンジンと、エンジンによって駆動され発電可能な電動発電機と、エンジンと電動発電機の合計トルクで駆動される油圧ポンプと、蓄電装置と、インバータと、エンジンの排気ガス中の粒子状物質を捕集するフィルタと、電動発電機の力行動作または回生動作を制御する指令信号を出力する制御部を備えたハイブリッド建設機械の制御装置において、トルク指令値演算部が演算した電動発電機の通常のトルク指令とフィルタ再生判断部が判断したフィルタの再生の要求信号とを入力して、これらの信号に応じて指令信号を演算する力行動作制限部とを有し、力行動作制限部は、フィルタの再生の要求信号があるときには、電動発電機の力行動作を制限する指令信号を演算する。
