According to certain embodiments, a method by a wireless device (110) is provided for transmitting uplink control information (UCI) on a serving cell on the unlicensed spectrum. The method includes formatting the UCI as a shortened control signalling transmission and transmitting the UCI formatted as the shortened control signalling transmission to a network node (115). The shortened control signalling transmission is transmitted during a transmission opportunity on the serving cell on the unlicensed spectrum without performing channel sensing.

Certains modes de réalisation concernent un procédé réalisé par un dispositif sans fil (110) permettant de transmettre des informations de commande de liaison montante (UCI) sur une cellule de desserte dans le spectre sans licence. Le procédé consiste à formater les UCI en tant que transmission de signalisation de commande raccourcie, ainsi qu'à transmettre les UCI formatées en tant que transmission de signalisation de commande raccourcie à un nœud de réseau (115). La transmission de signalisation de commande raccourcie est transmise au cours d'une opportunité de transmission sur la cellule de desserte dans le spectre sans licence sans procéder à une détection de canal.
