A wellhead assembly includes a tubular housing assembly having a housing sidewall, an axial bore, and a housing annulus passage extending from the axial bore through the housing sidewall. A tubing hanger is secured to a string of tubing and is selectively landed in the housing assembly. The tubing hanger has a vertical bore in fluid communication with the axial bore. A vertical tree assembly is selectively landed on the housing assembly, the vertical tree assembly having a tree member located axially above the tubing hanger. The tree member has a lateral bore for directing a flow of production fluid from a well. A tree annulus passage extends through a sidewall of the tree member. An external annulus passage extends external of the tree member and the housing assembly and is in fluid communication with the housing annulus passage and the tree annulus passage.

Cette invention concerne un ensemble de tête de puits, comprenant un ensemble boîtier tubulaire présentant une paroi latérale de boîtier, un alésage axial, et un passage annulaire de boîtier s'étendant à partir de l'alésage axial à travers la paroi latérale du boîtier. Un raccord de suspension de tubage est fixé à un train de tubes, et il est sélectivement est posé dans l'ensemble boîtier. Ledit raccord de suspension de tubage présente un alésage vertical en communication fluidique avec l'alésage axial. Un ensemble arbre vertical est sélectivement posé sur l'ensemble boîtier, l'ensemble arbre vertical présentant un élément d'arbre situé axialement au-dessus du raccord de suspension de tubage. Ledit élément d'arbre présente un alésage latéral pour diriger un flux de fluide de production à partir d'un puits. Un passage annulaire d'arbre s'étend à travers une paroi latérale de l'élément d'arbre. Un passage annulaire externe s'étend à l'extérieur de l'élément d'arbre et de l'ensemble de boîtier et il est en communication fluidique avec le passage annulaire de boîtier et le passage annulaire d'arbre.
