Es wird ein Verfahren beschrieben zum Schleifen von Nuten oder Profilen an Werkstücken. Diese Nuten werden mit einer entsprechend profilierten Schleifscheibe (5) geschliffen, wobei die Profilierung (6) der Schleifscheibe (5) crushiert wird. Erfindungsgemäß erfolgt ein Nachprofilier-Crushieren der Schleifscheibe mittels dabei angetriebener Crushierrolle, wobei die Steuerung der Crushierrolle (8) auf Basis jeweils einer Messung von Drehzahl und Stromaufnahme erfolgt und damit ein relativer Vorschub zwischen der Schleifscheibe (5) und der Crushierrolle (8) beim Crushieren auf Basis dieser Messung gesteuert wird. Des Weiteren ist eine Schleifmaschine zum Schleifen von mit derartigen Nuten versehenem Werkstück beschrieben, bei weicher das Werkstück in einer Aufspannung mittels eines Werkstückspindelstockes (3) gehalten ist und auf der Schleifmaschine zusätzlich eine fest installierte Crushiereinrichtung (7) mit einer Crushierrolle (8) mit eigenem rotatorischen Antrieb (11) vorgesehen ist. Der Crushierrolle (8) wird die Schleifscheibe (5) zum Abrichten ihrer Profilierung (6) zugestellt, wofür die Crushierrolle (8) einen Profilier-Crushierabschnitt (14) zum Profilier-Crushieren der Schleifscheibe (6) mit einem ersten Abrichtvolumen und einen auf derselben Crushierrolle (8) angeordneten Nachprofilier-Crushierabschnitt (15) zum Nachprofilier-Crushieren der Schleifscheibe (6) mit einem zweiten Abrichtvolumen aufweist.

The invention relates to a method for grinding grooves or profiles on workpieces. The grooves are ground using a correspondingly profiled grinding wheel (5), the profile (6) of the grinding wheel (5) being crushed. According to the invention, a reshaping crush process of the grinding wheel is carried out by means of crush rollers which are driven during the process, and each of the crush rollers (8) is controlled on the basis of a measurement of the rotational speed and the current consumption, thus a relative advancement between the grinding wheel (5) and the crush roller (8) is controlled during the crush process on the basis of said measurement. The invention further relates to a grinding machine for grinding a workpiece provided with such grooves, wherein the workpiece is held in a clamping by means of a workpiece spindle head (3), and a rigidly installed crush device (7) comprising a crush roller (8) with a dedicated rotary drive (11) is additionally provided on the grinding machine. The grinding wheel (5) is applied to the crush roller (8) in order to dress the grinding wheel profile (6). For this purpose, the crush roller (8) has a profile-crushing portion (14) for profile-crushing the grinding wheel (6) with a first dressing volume and a reshaping profile-crushing portion (15), which is arranged on the same crush roller (8), for profile-crushing the grinding wheel (6) with a second dressing volume for reshaping purposes.

L'invention concerne un procédé servant à rectifier des rainures ou des profils sur des pièces à usiner. Lesdites rainures sont rectifiées à l'aide d'une meule (5) profilée de manière correspondante, le profilage (6) de la meule (5) étant repris par crushing. Selon l'invention la reprise ultérieure du profilage par crushing de la meule est effectuée au moyen d'un rouleau de crushing entraîné. La commande du rouleau de crushing (8) se fait sur la base de respectivement une mesure de la vitesse de rotation et de la consommation de courant, ce qui permet de commander ainsi une avancée relative entre la meule (5) et le rouleau de crushing (8) lors du crushing se basant sur cette mesure. L'invention concerne par ailleurs une rectifieuse servant à rectifier une pièce à usiner pourvue de rainures de ce ce type. La pièce à usiner est maintenue en un serrage au moyen d'une poupée porte-pièce (3). La rectifieuse est dotée en supplément d'un dispositif de crushing (7) installé de manière fixe, équipé d'un rouleau de crushing (8) ayant son propre entraînement (11) en rotation. La meule (5) est rapprochée du rouleau de crushing (8) afin de reprendre son profilage (6). Le rouleau de crushing (8) comporte à cet effet un segment de crushing de profilage (14) servant à reprendre le profilage par crushing de la meule (5), présentant un premier volume de reprise et un segment de crushing ultérieur de profilage (15) disposé sur le même rouleau de crushing (8), servant à reprendre ultérieurement le profilage par crushing de la meule (5), présentant un deuxième volume de reprise.
