Provided is a method for fabricating a color filter substrate: patterning a first OC layer (200), retaining the first OC layer (200) of a W subpixel region; patterning a black matrix layer (300), retaining the black matrix layer (300) of the black matrix layer region; forming an RGB color filter on the color filter region of a substrate (100), the RGB color filter having the same thickness as the first OC layer (200) of the W subpixel region; applying a second OC layer (500) onto the substrate (100); depositing a transparent metal layer (600) onto the second OC layer (500). The described fabrication method prevents recesses from appearing on the W subpixel region.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un substrat de filtre coloré consistant à : former un motif sur une première couche OC (200) en conservant la première couche OC (200) d'une région de sous-pixels W ; former un motif sur une couche matrice noire (300) en conservant la couche matrice noire (300) de la région de couche matrice noire ; former un filtre coloré RVB sur la région de filtre coloré d'un substrat (100), le filtre coloré RVB ayant la même épaisseur que la première couche OC (200) de la région de sous-pixels W ; appliquer une seconde couche OC (500) sur le substrat (100) ; déposer une couche métallique transparente (600) sur la seconde couche OC (500). Le procédé de fabrication décrit empêche l'apparition d'évidements sur la région de sous-pixel W.

一种彩膜基板的制作方法:对第一OC层(200)图形化处理,保留W子像素区域的第一OC层(200);对黑色矩阵层(300)图形化处理,保留黑色矩阵区域的黑色矩阵层(300);在基板(100)上的彩膜区域形成RGB彩膜,RGB彩膜的厚度与W子像素区域的第一OC层(200)的厚度相同;在基板(100)上涂覆第二OC层(500);在第二OC层(500)上沉积透明金属层(600)。上述制作方法能避免W子像素区域出现凹陷。
