Systems and methods for automated radiation treatment planning with decision support are disclosed. According to an aspect, a method includes receiving data based on patient information and geometric characterization of one or more organs at risk and a cancer target of a patient. The method also includes determining the appropriate models and model settings for the given patient case. Further, the method includes generating automatically one or more radiation treatment plans using the proper models learned from a plurality of radiation treatment plans of prior patient cases based on certain relationships, including one of a match or similarity, between the patient information and geometric characterization of the patient and the other patients. The method also includes presenting the determined one or more radiation treatment plans via a user interface.

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés pour une planification de radiothérapie automatisée avec un support de décision. Selon un aspect, un procédé consiste à recevoir des données sur la base d'informations de patient et d'une caractérisation géométrique d'un ou plusieurs organes à risque et d'une cible de cancer d'un patient. Le procédé consiste également à déterminer les modèles appropriés et des réglages de modèle pour le cas de patient donné. En outre, le procédé consiste à générer automatiquement un ou plusieurs plans de radiothérapie à l'aide des modèles appropriés appris parmi une pluralité de plans de radiothérapie de cas de patient précédents sur la base de certaines relations, comprenant l'une d'une mise en correspondance ou d'une similarité, entre les informations de patient et la caractérisation géométrique du patient et des autres patients. Le procédé consiste également à présenter lesdits plans de radiothérapie déterminés par l'intermédiaire d'une interface utilisateur.
