Systems and methods (500) for optimizing worksite (10) operations based on operator conditions are disclosed. One method (500) includes receiving first data (404) including one or more of a worksite (10) model and information relating to actual operation of a worksite (10), wherein the worksite (10) model includes a simulated operation of a machine (12) associated with the worksite (10). Second data (626) may be received, the second data (414) associated with an operator of a machine (12) at the worksite (10) and including one or more of nutritional data, health data, and sleep data. An operation state may be determined based at least on the first data (404) and the second data (414). A response may be generated based at least on the determined operation state.
