The present invention relates to a brass-plated steel wire for a gold-plated spring, which is a steel wire used as a material of a gold-plated spring, characterized in that a brass plating layer, which has a zinc content of 30-45% and a copper content of 55-70%, is formed on the surface of the steel wire at a thickness of 0.5-2.0μm, and the density of Fe, among the components of the brass plating layer, is 4% or less. A method for manufacturing a brass-plated steel wire for a gold-plated spring according to the present invention comprises the steps of: primarily dry-drawing a material wire rod such that the same has a diameter of 2.0-4.0mm; heat-treating the primarily drawn steel wire and then secondarily dry-drawing the same such that the same has a diameter of 0.5-1.5mm; successively forming a copper plating layer and a zinc plating layer on the surface of the secondarily drawn steel wire such that the copper content becomes 55-70% and the zinc content becomes 30-45% and then forming a brass plating layer of 2.0-4.0μm through thermal diffusion; and tertiarily drawing the same such that the final wire diameter becomes 0.01-1.0mm and the brass plating layer has a thickness of 0.5-2.0μm.

La présente invention concerne un fil d'acier laitonné pour un ressort doré, qui est un fil d'acier utilisé en tant que matériau de base d'un ressort doré, caractérisé en ce qu'une couche de dépôt de laiton, qui présente une teneur en zinc de 30 à 45 % et une teneur en cuivre de 55 à 70 %, est formée sur la surface du fil d'acier à une épaisseur de 0,5 à 2,0 μm, et la densité du Fe parmi les composants de la couche dépôt de laiton, est inférieure ou égale à 4 %. Un procédé de fabrication d'un fil d'acier laitonné pour un ressort doré selon l'invention comprend les étapes consistant à : effectuer un premier tréfilage à sec d'un fil machine de telle sorte que celui-ci présente un diamètre de 2,0 à 4,0 mm ; traiter thermiquement le fil machine ayant subi le premier tréfilage puis effectuer un deuxième tréfilage à sec de celui-ci de telle sorte qu'il présente un diamètre de 0,5 à 1,5 mm ; former successivement une couche de dépôt de cuivre et une couche de dépôt de zinc sur la surface du fil d'acier ayant subi le deuxième tréfilage de telle sorte que la teneur en cuivre soit de 55 à 70 % et la teneur en zinc soit de 30 à 45 % et former ensuite une couche de dépôt de laiton de 2,0 à 4,0 μm par diffusion thermique ; et effectuer un troisième tréfilage de celui-ci de telle sorte que le fil obtenu présente un diamètre de 0,01 à 1,1 mm, et la couche de dépôt de laiton présente une épaisseur de 0,5 à 2,0 µm.

본 발명은 금도금된 스프링의 소재로 사용되는 강선으로서, 강선의 표면에 아연 함유량이 30∼45%이고 구리 함유량이 55∼70%인 황동 도금층이 0.5∼2.0㎛ 두께로 형성되고, 상기 황동 도금층 성분 중 Fe 농도가 4% 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 금도금 스프링용 황동도금 강선에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 금도금 스프링용 황도도금 강선 제조방법은, 소재 와이어 로드를 2.0∼4.0mm 직경으로 1차 건식 신선하는 단계와, 1차 신선된 강선의 열처리에 이어 0.5∼1.5mm 직경으로 2차 건식 신선하는 단계와, 2차 신선된 강선의 표면에 구리 함유량이 55∼70%이고 아연 함유량이 30∼45%이 되도록 구리와 아연 도금층을 순차적으로 형성하고 열확산으로 2.0∼4.0㎛ 황동 도금층을 형성하는 단계와, 최종 선경이 0.01∼1.0㎜이고 황동 도금층의 두께가 0.5∼2.0㎛가 되도록 3차 신선하는 단계로 이루어진다.
