A tire pattern assessment device is provided with: an image-capturing unit for connecting prescribed photographing areas, including at least the lower part of the body of a traveling vehicle, and capturing an image; an image-capturing control unit for controlling the image-capturing unit; and a tire assessment unit for assessing the number of consecutively connected tires of the vehicle on the basis of an image of the vehicle image-capture by the image-capture unit.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'évaluation de motif de pneu comprenant : une unité de capture d'image permettant de connecter des zones de photographie prescrites, comprenant au moins la partie inférieure du corps d'un véhicule en déplacement, et de capturer une image ; une unité de commande de capture d'image permettant de commander l'unité de capture d'image ; et une unité d'évaluation de pneu permettant d'évaluer le nombre de pneus reliés consécutivement du véhicule d'après une image de la capture d'image de véhicule effectuée par l'unité de capture d'image.
