This air conditioning control device is capable of both reduced energy consumption and maintenance of comfort. The air conditioning control device (40) comprises an outing detection unit (41), a position acquisition unit (42), a distance acquisition unit (43), and a device control unit (44). The outing detection unit (41) detects when a user (92) goes out from a building (90). The position acquisition unit (42) obtains position information for a mobile terminal (20) owned by the user (92). The distance acquisition unit (43) uses position information obtained by the position acquisition unit (42) and obtains distance information indicating how far away the mobile terminal (20) is from the building (90), if the outing detection unit (41) detects an outing by the user (92). The device control unit (44) controls an air conditioner (50) provided inside the building (90) such that the energy consumption by the air conditioner (50) decreases, on the basis of the distance information obtained by the distance acquisition unit (43).
